The first-floor apartment has lift access. Its bright living room has air conditioning, a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with chairs. It opens onto a private terrace furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor meals.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed, wardrobe and flat-screen TV. The bathroom contains a shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine; a hairdryer and iron are also available. Wi-Fi is provided.
The residence has extensive green spaces and a shared swimming pool, available from 1 June to 30 September. Swimming caps are required. The apartment is convenient to main services in Sirmione, and Verona airport is 20 minutes away.
