House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are allowed except animals described as dangerous breeds. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are optional services. Ordered linen is provided on arrival for the stay without replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorization. The concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional charges per booking: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the reservation; kitchen towels €2; towel set €7; double-bed linen €18; single-bed linen €14; end-of-stay cleaning €50; bath mat €3. Heating, parking and pet service are included. The page says the tourist tax is included in the total price, while also saying it is added to the rental amount and payable before the stay; confirm how it is charged.
