## About the house

The apartment is on the fourth floor of the Le Orchidee building, served by an elevator. The bright, spacious living room has a sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with chairs. It opens onto a large private sea-view terrace furnished with a dining table, chairs and deck chairs.

The separate kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, citrus juicer, coffee machine, moka pot and toaster. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also provided.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, closet and air conditioning. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is one bathroom with a bathtub.

Sanremo is on the Riviera dei Fiori in the province of Imperia. Local sights include the gardens at Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond, the Cathedral of San Siro, the Russian Church, Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, Sanremo Casino and the Ariston Theater. Promenade Imperatrice is paved with marble and lined with palm trees, with the Statue of Spring by Vincenzo Pasquali. Nice Airport is 65 km away and Genoa Airport is 146 km away.
