## About the house

The apartment has exposed wooden beams and a living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. A covered private terrace has a dining table and chairs with lake views, and there is a private garden at the rear.

The ground-floor bedroom has a queen-size double bed and wardrobe, with a fan rather than air conditioning. One bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet and WC. The mezzanine above the living room has a second queen-size double bed, air conditioning, a chest of drawers and a flat-screen TV. A second bathroom has a sink, bidet and WC. A hairdryer is provided. The private garage contains a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Guests have access to the residence's shared swimming pool and sun loungers from 15 May to 30 September, between 09:00 and 20:00. A swimming cap may be required. Wi-Fi is available.

Toscolano and Maderno offer bays for sailing, fishing and water sports, along with walks in the hills and mountains. Maderno has a serviced lakeside beach, while Toscolano has a Thursday morning market and the Paper Museum in the Valley of the Paper Mills. Verona is the nearest airport, approximately 70 minutes away by car.

Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Contact the team before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies according to local regulations, with booking-specific information available in the Guest Area. A swimming cap may be required at the shared pool.
