The bathroom has a shower and WC; a hairdryer and washing machine are provided. A travel cot is available on request. A numbered private parking space and bicycle garage are available. The residence has a shared, unheated pool, 13 × 6 m with a maximum depth of 1.5 m, open June 1 through September 30.

Biscarrosse Plage and its sandy beach are 10 km away. Super U and Drive is 1 km away; Biscarrosse Lake is 6 km away. A bus stop nearby connects to Biscarrosse Plage. The listing also gives 2 km to the Biscarrosse nautical centre, 2.4 km to Port de Gourmet, and 9 km to Bisc'Aventure and Biscarrosse Golf.

No smoking or parties/events. Pets are not accepted. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. A refundable €800-per-booking deposit is taken by card pre-authorization. A 10% Hoomy concierge service fee applies to the booking. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €45 per booking; towels €7 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking; cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. The studio is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. A travel cot, iron, fans and baby bath may be requested through the concierge.
