## About the house

The apartment occupies the fourth and top floor of a renovated building within the courtyard of a historic building. Access involves an elevator, an additional flight of stairs and steps from the private terrace into the apartment. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs.

The living room has a kitchen, a double sofa bed, a dining table and chairs, windows overlooking the terrace and roof windows. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and roof windows. An armchair and coffee table form a relaxation corner in front of the bathroom, which has a shower and hairdryer.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, iron and television. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and toaster.

Politeama Theater and Via della Libertà, an Art Nouveau area, are a few minutes’ walk away. Via Roma, with an airport shuttle stop, is a few minutes away. Shops, markets and restaurants are in the neighborhood.

Renovation and repainting work involves scaffolding without associated noise. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations.
