## About the house

The apartment occupies the fourth and top floor of a renovated building within the courtyard of a historic building. Access involves an elevator followed by an additional flight of steps.

The bright living room has a wooden table with benches, a double sofa bed, a TV and a large furnished balcony. The separate kitchen has large windows and is equipped with a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave and oven.

Each of the two bedrooms has a queen-size bed, an open wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are provided.

Via Roma and its airport shuttle stop are a few minutes away. Shops, markets and restaurants are in the surrounding neighborhood.

Renovation and repainting work involves scaffolding, with no associated noise announced.

Via Roma and its airport shuttle stop are a few minutes away. Renovation and repainting involves scaffolding, with no associated noise announced.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrival ends at 20:00; late check-in and late check-out require a request and are subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. Tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.
