House rules
No smoking, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 25. The living-room sofa bed accommodates one guest. After booking confirmation, a pre-check-in form must be completed to confirm identity and booking details, and official photographic identification must be provided. Cancellation receives a full refund at least five days before check-in and a 50% refund less than five days before check-in; the full cancellation policy applies.

The apartment is on the second floor, with no elevator.
