The farmhouse was renovated in 2011 using traditional materials including Barberino stone, terracotta floors, exposed beams and travertine bathroom showers. It has two levels, a panoramic portico, a living room with a wood stove, a kitchen with access to the portico, a fenced garden of about one hectare, and a pool about 10 metres from the house.

The pool is about 10 metres from the house and is reached by five stone steps and a small lava-stone ramp. It measures 7 x 10 metres, has a constant depth of 1.40 metres, large entry steps, a chlorine purification system, sun beds, a shade sail and a cold-water shower. It is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

The property is 5 km from Castel del Piano, with paved access roads up to the entrance. The nearest stated beaches are Castiglione della Pescaia at 85 km and Monte Argentario at 96 km. The pool is reached by five stone steps and a small lava-stone ramp.

The pool is seasonal, open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Pets are allowed for €50 per animal per week or part of a week.
