Smoking, pets, parties and events are prohibited. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. A mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional services per reservation are kitchen towels (€2.00), end-of-stay cleaning (€56.00), towels (€7.00) and a bath mat (€3.00). Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. A refundable deposit of €800.00 per reservation is secured by card preauthorization with the final payment. Personalized arrival and departure services and heating are included. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. Arrival and departure times can be agreed with the agency in low season. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00. Cancellation is free up to 29 days before arrival, costs 50% of rent from 28 to 16 days before, and 100% from 15 days before, at arrival or for a no-show.

Getting there

The apartment is on the first floor with an elevator and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Biscarrosse Plage sandy beach is 10 km away, and Lake Biscarrosse is 6 km away. Nearby amenities include village shops, a weekly market, a cinema and a bus stop serving Biscarrosse Plage. Parking is limited to one numbered private space. The source repeatedly sets a maximum of four guests; the sofa bed does not increase that limit. Super U et Drive is 1 km away, the Biscarrosse nautical centre 2 km, Port de Gourmet 2.4 km, and Bisc’Aventure and Biscarrosse Golf 9 km each.
