House rules

Seasonal weekly rates apply for 2–8 people. A 12.5% hotel tax, 5% service charge, $400 cleaning fee and $59 non-refundable damage waiver apply. The damage waiver covers the first $500 in accidental damage when damage is reported while on the island; damage above $500 is the guest's responsibility. A minimum number of nights may apply for arrivals on December 23, 24 or 25 during the Christmas/New Year's period.

Getting there

A jeep rental is needed. The roads to the villa are paved, but the final portion is bumpy; the home is reached by driving around a hillside. Cruz Bay is an 8–10 minute drive, and beaches in the National Park are a 10–20 minute jeep drive.
