Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. A refundable security deposit of €500 per booking is payable on arrival. From 1 October 2025, a government tourist fee of €3 per adult aged 12 or over per night applies; children under 12, Mauritian residents, and holders of a Premium Visa or Residence Permit are exempt. Guests should provide their plane or ship number and arrival time one week before arrival and contact the property on arrival at the destination for key collection.
