Le Cormoran is a compact two-room apartment in a complex of 12 units. It has a separate bedroom with one 180 × 190 cm double bed, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A terrace and shared patio provide outdoor space.

Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a hair dryer are available. Bed linen, towels, soap and basic toiletries are provided.

The complex has direct access to the beach, and nearby beaches are accessible on foot or by bicycle. Le Poisson Rouge restaurant is a one-minute walk away, and Sète is a 10-minute drive away. Free parking is available nearby, including a large parking area facing the lagoon at the top of Rue Paul Riquet. Free street parking is subject to availability.

Self check-in starts at 16:00, and check-out is at 10:00. An online check-in form is required before arrival. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested after booking through the digital guest guide, subject to team availability and an additional fee. A €150.00 security deposit is requested in advance. Luggage storage, private drivers, children's equipment and activities are offered as extra services.

Sète is a 10-minute drive away.

Maximum two guests. No pets, parties or smoking. Respect the neighbors and the quiet atmosphere; a noise monitor is installed. A €150.00 security deposit is requested in advance. Complete the online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time. Early check-in and late check-out require a request after booking, are subject to team availability and incur an additional fee. Free cancellation is offered up to 42 days before check-in.
