The three-floor farmhouse has about 300 sq m of interior space, high ceilings with chestnut beams, exposed terracotta tiles and travertine flooring. The living room, kitchen and dining room communicate with one another. The kitchen has a Dekton countertop, induction hob, American fridge, central island, XL electric oven and dishwasher. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor, with the remaining three on the first and second floors. The property has a fenced swimming pool 15 m from the house, a garden, outdoor dining area and about 15 hectares of unfenced terrain.

The property is in the municipality of Montepulciano, about 4 km from shops and services. Access includes 2.5 km of dirt road in good condition. The A1 Chiusi/Chianciano Terme exit is about 20 km away. The pool is reached along paving and stone steps.

The property and surrounding terrain are unfenced. Small pets cannot enter the pool. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. The ornamental stove and fireplace are not for use.
