Access to the water is by ladder or Roman steps. It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October.

The property is a few kilometres from Cortona. The E45 Pietraia exit is 550 m away, the A1 Valdichiana exit is 17 km away, and the nearest train station, Terontola-Cortona, is 4.5 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 155 km away. Cortona is 10 km away, Arezzo 54 km, Perugia 43 km and Montepulciano 24 km.

Pets are allowed. The property is not fenced. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October.
