The property is a few kilometres from Cortona. The E45 Pietraia exit is 550 m away, the A1 Valdichiana exit is 17 km away, and access roads are paved up to the entrance. Terontola-Cortona railway station is 4.5 km away. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 155 km away.
