House rules
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is before 11:00. Contact the hotel in advance for arrivals outside its reception hours of 06:00–22:00, seven days a week. Children under 2 stay free when using a baby cot. Children under 3 stay free depending on use of the available bedding. No extra bed can be installed in double rooms. The tourist tax is waived for children under 14. Pets are accepted. Buffet breakfast costs €14 per adult and €8 per child up to age 14.
Getting there
The hotel is on Île du Rhin, near Neuf-Brisach, beside an arm of the Rhine. The terrace is beside the river arm; a garden and a private pond with loungers are on the property.
