House rules
Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted. The mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Personalized arrival and departure services and heating are included. Optional charges per reservation are: kitchen towels 2,00 €, end-of-stay cleaning 56,00 €, towels 7,00 €, and bath mat 3,00 €. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation and requires supporting documentation. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per reservation is secured by a bank-card preauthorization with the final payment. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange keys; low-season timing may be flexible by agreement. The description and included-services table say bed linen and a small/large towel set are supplied, but the amenities panel says bed linen is not provided and lists optional towels at €7. Confirm exactly which linen and towels are included. Supplied linen is not replaced during the stay; mid-stay cleaning is not offered.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor with elevator access, but is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Biscarrosse Plage and its sandy beach are 10 km away; Lac de Biscarrosse is 6 km away. A nearby bus stop serves Biscarrosse Plage. Shops, the weekly market and cinema are nearby. The nautical centre is 2 km away, Port de Gourmet 2.4 km away, and Bisc'Aventure and Biscarrosse Golf are each 9 km away. Local outings can be made by bicycle from the residence. Super U et Drive is 1 km away. Public parking is a few metres away; a private reserved car space is not advertised.
