The house

The apartment occupies the third floor of a building with an elevator on a quiet street. It has contemporary decoration, a spacious living room and two balconies: one overlooks the courtyard and the other a quiet street. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The separate kitchen includes a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, refrigerator, hob and dishwasher. Other equipment includes a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, ironing facilities, cot, high chair, fan, central heating and hangers. TV, Wi-Fi, books and games for all ages are available.

The central location is close to shops, restaurants and beaches. The beach is five minutes away, Les Halles eight minutes away and the Aquarium fifteen minutes away. The station is twenty minutes away by public transport or ten minutes by car; the airport is fifteen minutes away by public transport or eight minutes by car.

A Welkeys concierge welcomes guests, hands over the keys and provides assistance during the stay. Arrival information is provided before the stay through a dedicated traveler app. Housekeeping before arrival and after departure, bath towels, bed linen and natural skincare products are covered by the housekeeping fee. Services such as a private chauffeur, an in-home chef and local activities can be arranged.
