Lazo House accommodates up to 22 guests across a main house, four cabins and a renovated barn, with six bedrooms and six bathrooms in total. The property has 4,856 square feet of accommodation. Each cabin has its own bathroom and small porch. The main-house kitchen has two dishwashers, a gas range and equipment for preparing meals together. The living room offers space to read, play cards and watch movies. The barn provides additional sleeping space, a foosball table and a television. Outdoors there is a private swimming pool, terrace, barbecue grill and fire pit. A dryer, hairdryer and television are also available.

Optional pool heating costs $75/day; give notice a day before check-in. Turn heating on an hour before use and turn it off every night. The heater may struggle to maintain temperature below 45°F and cannot be turned on below 35°F. There is no lifeguard; swimming is at your own risk. Supervise children at all times. Rinse before entering; excessive cleaning may incur a charge. No glass or food is allowed in the pool or pool area, and additional fees may apply if glass is found. Pool flotation devices must remain in the pool. Do not tamper with pool equipment. Pets are prohibited from entering the pool; a $500 fine applies for a violation.

The property is about ten miles west of Llano, close to Castell, beside the Llano River. Access is easier with larger vehicles because they are better suited to the road and driveway conditions. Children must be supervised throughout the property and near or on the water. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are used at your own risk; bring and wear a life jacket while on the water.

Maximum occupancy is 22 guests. The primary guest must be at least 21 and present for the entire reservation. Parties and events require prior written approval. Smoking and shooting firearms or weaponry are prohibited. A maximum of four pets is allowed for an additional fee per pet; clean up after pets. Bring your own fire-pit supplies, extinguish flames and coals after each use, and observe county burn bans. Burning during a burn ban may incur a fine of up to $500. Supervise children at all times, including near or in the creek. Bring and wear life jackets for water activities. Follow all pool rules, including no pets, glass or food in the pool area, and switch pool heating off every night.
