House rules

Maximum occupancy is 12. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. Guests must follow the Good Neighbor Guidelines available in the Guest Portal after booking. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team to arrange this service. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team with payment processed separately. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team with payment processed separately. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and check-out is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late check-out requires authorization by text message from a Beaver Creek InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival.

Getting there

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Parking is limited to one car. Free Dial-A-Ride service provides access to shops and restaurants in Beaver Creek and Avon. The Ritz-Carlton restaurants are a short drive away. Building painting may cause occasional noise or disruption; contact the Reservation Team for current updates.
