## About the house

Lay Day House is a project by Lay Day Coffee, set among gum trees with cork floors, mid-century furnishings and wallpaper in the main bedroom. The open-plan living and dining area has an indoor fireplace, a French provincial dining table and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Smeg refrigerator, Moccamaster coffee machine, Lay Day Coffee, dishwasher, oven, stove, freezer, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. Outside are a garden, private balcony and deck with panoramic views, a Weber barbecue and a gate at the deck entrance. Bed linens, ceiling fans, an iron, hot water, Aesop shampoo and Thankyou hand soap are provided. The internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and vanity; the second also has a laundry/bath combination. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2.

Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if this changes. Unless agreed otherwise in advance, stays are for private residential use only and must accommodate only the guests on the booking. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules. Pets are prohibited unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised. Forced moves in days may apply during peak periods, subject to the terms and conditions.
