House rules
Weekly rates are published for two people. A 12.5% hotel tax and $150 cleaning fee apply. A $500 prepaid refundable damage deposit is required and is refunded 15–30 days after departure if no damage occurs. Christmas and New Year's arrivals on December 23, 24 or 25 may be subject to a minimum number of nights.
Getting there
The property is walkable to Cruz Bay. The closest beaches in Virgin Islands National Park are described as a 5–18 minute drive by jeep from Cruz Bay; taxis are available. A jeep rental is recommended but not required. The closest beach is described as across the street, with a five-minute drive to the National Park.
