## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to three guests. Its living room has a double sofa bed, dining table and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed and wardrobe, and the bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. The living area opens onto a private garden with a porch and outdoor dining table.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, an iron, fans and mosquito nets are available. An external camera is switched off and does not record during the stay.

The shared swimming pool opens from 15 June to 15 September, daily from 09:00 to 20:00. A swimming cap may be required.

Desenzano del Garda lies on the southern shore of Lake Garda in the province of Brescia. Local sights include the Roman Villa, the 10th-century castle and the old harbour. The town has four beaches and opportunities for windsurfing, mountain biking and sailing. Other Lake Garda destinations include Sirmione, Salò, Maderno and Gardone Riviera. The apartment is seven minutes by car from Desenzano railway station and approximately 30 km from Verona airport.

The apartment is on the ground floor. Desenzano railway station is seven minutes away by car; Verona airport is approximately 30 km away.

Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies under local regulations. A swimming cap may be required in the shared pool.
