# Laule'a Ohana Retreat Kamuela, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house Laule'a Ohana Retreat combines homes #13 and #14 across nearly 6,000 square feet. Each home has four ensuite bedrooms and a powder room, for eight full bathrooms and two half bathrooms across the retreat. Every bedroom has central air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Both primary suites have balconies with golf views; the primary suite in #13 also has mountain views. Guest bedrooms have mountain views, with additional golf views from bedrooms 4 and 6. Each home has its own private pool and spa beside a covered lanai with dining and lounge seating. Both lanais have outdoor kitchens with built-in BBQs. The neighboring yards overlook the golf course, with Mauna Kea inland. An outdoor shower and beach towels are available. Both great rooms have vaulted, beamed ceilings, a TV lounge and a dining area, with glass doors opening to the lanais. Two equipped kitchens have islands with bar seating, premium appliances, wine fridges and ice machines. Kitchen equipment includes refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, microwaves, coffee makers, kettles, toasters, blenders and rice cookers. Each home has a washer and dryer. Linens, extra pillows and blankets, hair dryers and irons are provided. Wi-Fi reaches both homes, and televisions have satellite or cable service. 49 Black Sand Beach is within walking distance. Beach 69, Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach are a short drive north. The Shops at Mauna Lani offer groceries and restaurants, and Kona International Airport lies south along the coast highway. Free parking is available at both homes. Mauna Lani Resort golf, tennis, pickleball and fitness facilities carry separate charges; beach equipment rentals are also available for an additional charge.
