The house

The villa sleeps eight in four ensuite bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private balcony facing the golf course. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed with mountain and golf views; Guest Bedroom 3 has a king bed with mountain views. Guest Bedroom 4 has a double-over-queen bunk bed and a separate twin bed, with mountain views. Every bedroom has central air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Additional bedding is available on request.

The vaulted great room has exposed beams, oversized windows, a smart TV and direct access to the covered lanai. The dining area seats eight. An open kitchen includes an island with bar seating, premium appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, freezer, kettle, blender, rice cooker, wine fridge and ice machine.

The private pool and spa sit beside tropical landscaping overlooking the fairway. The covered lanai provides lounge seating, an outdoor kitchen and a BBQ grill, while the pool deck is in full sun. A private yard, beach towels, washer, dryer, linens, hair dryer and iron are provided. Entertainment includes smart TV and satellite or cable TV. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

49 Black Sand Beach is within walking distance. Beach 69, Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach are a short drive up the coast. The Shops at Mauna Lani offer groceries and dining, and Kona International Airport is to the south. Resort golf, tennis and fitness facilities carry separate charges and are not included in the rental. Pickleball access and beach equipment rentals also carry charges. Self check-in uses a smart lock, and parking at the villa is free.
