The house

The residence offers over 4,000 square feet of indoor–outdoor living space for up to 10 guests. Its four suites include a detached ohana suite for added privacy. The primary suite has ocean and garden views, and Guest Suites 2 and 3 have garden views. Each bedroom has split air conditioning, a ceiling fan, lanai or balcony access and an ensuite bathroom.

The open-concept great room has soaring ceilings, stone and hardwood finishes, large sliding glass doors, a home theater system and formal dining space. Large-screen TVs are available in every room. The kitchen includes a Wolf gas cooktop and double ovens, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite-slab countertops, dishwasher, ice maker, wine refrigerator, cookware and dining ware, coffee maker and grinder, blender and rice cooker.

The covered private lanai overlooks the ocean and Mauna Lani South Course and includes an infinity-edge pool, whirlpool spa, outdoor kitchen, built-in barbecue, lounge seating, alfresco dining, tiki torches and Tommy Bahama furnishings. Two outdoor showers are available.

Air conditioning extends throughout the home. Other facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a full laundry room with washer and dryer, beach coolers and umbrellas, and solar power supported by Tesla Powerwalls. The home is cleaned using disinfecting products before arrival.

Guests receive complimentary access to Mauna Lani Beach Club at Makaiwa Bay for swimming, snorkeling and beachside dining. Mauna Lani Resort has walking paths, beaches, shops, cafes and spa services. Two championship golf courses charge fees directly through Mauna Lani; pickleball court access and beach equipment rentals also carry charges.
