Can I book only one or two rooms?
No. The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked.
Are meals provided onsite?
Meals are provided onsite at additional charges. Tea and coffee are served during breakfast and afternoon tea; service at other times is available at an additional charge.
Is loud music allowed?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests must respect neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
Can the home be reserved for a film, photo, or advertisement shoot?
Yes, subject to the owner's approval. Meals can be arranged at an additional cost, and a maximum of 32 people can be accommodated overnight. Pool access, refundable deposits, and additional charges may depend on the event.
