## About the house

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests in six air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and television. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3 have king beds.

Two sitting areas and an open dining room connect the indoor gathering spaces. Air conditioning extends throughout the home. The study has an LCD television, lounge seating, and a game table with chairs for work or leisure. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and kitchen basics. Cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, paper products and hotel-size toiletries are provided.

The private pool overlooks the golf course beside a cana-roof covered gazebo with dining and lounging areas. Outdoor facilities include a BBQ, speaker system and lanai or balcony. Wi-Fi, satellite or cable television, a washer, dryer, hair dryer, safe and hot water are available. Staff are included. A dedicated parking space is provided in the gated community.

Casa de Campo Marina and La Romana Country Club are minutes away, and shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Required resort registration provides access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, Casa de Campo Spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and Minitas Beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Casa de Campo registration is required before arrival, with fees paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day for guests 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and complimentary registration for children under 4. An 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort fees apply in addition to accommodation charges. The security deposit equals one night's stay. Reservations are subject to final owner confirmation.
