Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
Getting there
S'Arenal Beach is 11.8 km away. Llucmajor town centre is approximately 5 km away, around five minutes by car. Exterior parking is limited to three cars. The annexed stone building is not available to guests.
