## About the house

The condo accommodates up to four guests. The ground-floor primary bedroom has closet space and opens onto the back patio. A loft provides additional sleeping space. The renovated full kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas, a private entrance, outdoor furniture and a patio or balcony. Other amenities include television with cable and smart-TV features, linens, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron, a safe, beach chairs, beach essentials and sun loungers. A high chair, travel crib, and children's books and toys are available. A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and first-aid kit are provided. House cleaning is optional.

Coco Beach is a five-minute walk away (0.4 km). Restaurants, shops, a small grocery store and cafes are within walking distance. Ocotal Beach is a 10-minute drive (4.9 km), Playa Hermosa a 12-minute drive (5.6 km), and Playa Calzón de Pobre a 17-minute drive (7.7 km). Liberia's Daniel Oduber International Airport is a 40-minute drive away.

Maximum four overnight guests. The primary renter must be at least 18. Children of all ages are welcome. No events or parties, smoking on the property, or unregistered overnight guests. One cat or dog up to 50 lbs is permitted. Community quiet hours are 22:00–08:00 daily. Turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving, and lock the doors, especially the front door. Do not feed local wildlife or strays. Long-term stays are allowed.
