House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, with proof of age required. Pets are not permitted. Outdoor music is prohibited, and indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00–22:00. A two-night minimum stay applies. Optional pool and spa heating carries an additional daily fee and must be requested before arrival.
Getting there
Palm Canyon Drive is half a mile east, and the mountains are a few blocks west. Tahquitz Canyon is three miles south and Indian Canyons is six miles south.
