House rules
Minimum age to rent is 18. Children ages 0–17 are allowed. Events, pets and smoking are not allowed. Two additional guests can use twin-size foldaway cots, up to the maximum occupancy of eight. A water sports fee is listed.
Getting there
Coco Beach is 900 ft away and a five-minute walk. Restaurants, shops, a small grocery and cafes are within walking distance. Ocotal Beach is a 10-minute drive, Playa Hermosa a 12-minute drive and Playa Calzón de Pobre a 17-minute drive. Daniel Oduber International Airport (LIR) is approximately a 40-minute drive away.
