House rules
Maximum five overnight guests. The primary renter must be at least 18. Children of all ages are welcome. No events or parties, pets, smoking on the property, or unregistered overnight guests. Community quiet hours are 22:00–08:00 daily. Turn off the air conditioning when away. Pool hours are 08:00–22:00 daily; no glass containers in the pool area. Do not feed local wildlife or stray animals.

Coco Beach is 0.4 km away, a five-minute walk. Ocotal Beach is 4.9 km away, a ten-minute drive; Playa Hermosa is 5.6 km away, a twelve-minute drive; Playa Calzón de Pobre is 7.7 km away, a seventeen-minute drive. Liberia's Daniel Oduber International Airport is a 41-minute drive away. The home includes a loft sleeping area.
