The home accommodates up to five overnight guests. Sleeping areas include a loft with a queen bed and a ground-floor bedroom with two twin beds. A renovated kitchen includes a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, freezer, cookware and wine glasses. The private patio has outdoor dining furniture. Other features include two smart TVs, cable TV, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, bed linens, toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron, room-darkening shades, a high chair, a travel crib, and children's books and toys. Longer stays are welcome.

Ocotal Beach is 4.9 km away, a ten-minute drive; Playa Hermosa is 5.6 km away, a twelve-minute drive; Playa Calzón de Pobre is 7.7 km away, a seventeen-minute drive. Liberia's Daniel Oduber International Airport is a 41-minute drive away. The home includes a loft sleeping area.

Maximum five overnight guests. The primary renter must be at least 18. Children of all ages are welcome. No events or parties, pets, smoking on the property, or unregistered overnight guests. Community quiet hours are 22:00–08:00 daily. Turn off the air conditioning when away. Pool hours are 08:00–22:00 daily; no glass containers in the pool area. Do not feed local wildlife or stray animals.
