House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight guests. The primary guest must be at least 21 and present throughout the reservation. Smoking is prohibited on the premises; fees may apply. Unauthorized events or parties are prohibited. Up to two pets require prior approval; clean up after them. If renting multiple units, additional fees apply to other units entered by pets. There is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk, monitor children at all times, and do not bring glass into the pool or hot tub areas. Pets must not enter the pool; violations incur a $500 fine. Maintain cleanliness and be considerate of other users of shared facilities. The pool, grill and firepit cannot be used during quiet hours. Check for a Burnet County burn ban before lighting fires. Lighting a fire during a ban incurs a $500 fine plus the cost of damages. Bring your own firewood for the firepit and wood pellets for the wood pellet grill. Extinguish all fires after use and clean the grill after each use. Keep windows and doors closed to help keep insects outside; bug spray is available under the sink.
