House rules
Maximum occupancy is seven guests. The primary guest must be at least 21 and present for the entire reservation. Smoking is prohibited on the premises; fees may apply. Unauthorized events or parties are prohibited. Up to two pets require prior approval, and guests must clean up after them. If pets enter other rented units, additional fees apply to those units. Pets must not enter the pool; violations incur a $500 fine. There is no lifeguard; swim at your own risk, supervise children at all times and keep glass out of the pool and hot tub areas. Keep shared spaces clean and be courteous to other users. Keep windows and doors closed to help prevent insects entering; bug spray is available beneath the sink.
