House rules

Maximum occupancy is seven. The primary guest must be at least 21 and present throughout the reservation. Smoking is prohibited on the premises; fees may apply. Unauthorized events and parties are not allowed. Up to two pets require prior approval, and guests must clean up after them. If pets enter other rented units, an additional fee applies to those units. There is no lifeguard; swim at your own risk and supervise children at all times. No glass is allowed in the pool or hot tub areas. Pets must not enter the pool; a $500 fine applies. Keep shared spaces clean and be courteous to other users. The pool, grill and firepit are unavailable during quiet hours. Check for a Burnet County burn ban before lighting any fire. Lighting a fire during a burn ban incurs a $500 fine plus the cost of damages. Bring your own firewood for the firepit and wood pellets for the pellet grill. Extinguish all fires after use and clean the back pool patio grill after each use. Keep doors and windows closed to help keep insects outside; bug spray is available beneath the sink.

Luck, Texas, is two miles away. The second-floor lounge opens to outdoor seating areas. Pool, grill and firepit access is restricted during quiet hours.
