Smoking and pets are not allowed. Casa de Campo resort registration is required before arrival and requires guest names and passport numbers. Mandatory registration fees are $25 per adult per day for guests 12 and older, $12 per child per day for children ages 4 to 12, and complimentary for children under 4, payable directly to the resort upon arrival. Registration provides a Casa de Campo ID card for access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Tennis Courts, Spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and Minitas Beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services. An 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort fees are additional to accommodation charges. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. A seven-night minimum applies during Christmas and New Year.

Minitas Beach is 2.3 miles away and the marina is 1.6 miles away, within driving reach. Altos de Chavon is 0.8 miles away. The villa is within a gated community and has a dedicated parking space.
