## About the house

Each of the seven bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 have king beds; Guest Bedrooms 3–5 have queen beds, and Guest Bedrooms 6–7 have double beds. Air conditioning is explicitly provided in the primary bedroom. Housekeepers, a cook and a waiter are included.

The living and dining spaces include a speaker system, satellite or cable TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and kitchen basics. Provided supplies include dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, a dish scrubber, paper towels, facial tissues, trash bags and laundry detergent, plus hotel-size shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, heated jacuzzi, seating, a BBQ and a lanai or balcony. The villa is in a gated community and has a dedicated parking space. A game room contains a pool table and a movie screen, with a home theater for shared films. Practical facilities include a safe, air conditioning, washer, dryer, hair dryer and hot water.

Minitas Beach is 2.3 miles away and the marina is 1.6 miles away, both within driving reach. Altos de Chavon is 0.8 miles away. The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 2.8 miles away, the Tennis Center is 2.2 miles away and the Shooting Center is 3.3 miles away. Resort registration is required before arrival and resort access fees apply.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Casa de Campo resort registration is required before arrival and requires guest names and passport numbers. Mandatory registration fees are $25 per adult per day for guests 12 and older, $12 per child per day for children ages 4 to 12, and complimentary for children under 4, payable directly to the resort upon arrival. Registration provides a Casa de Campo ID card for access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Tennis Courts, Spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and Minitas Beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services. An 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort fees are additional to accommodation charges. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. A seven-night minimum applies during Christmas and New Year.
