How many guests can stay?
The villa accommodates up to 2 guests, with 1 bedroom and 1 bed. Additional guests may be possible with prior arrangement.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has a private swimming pool for guests' exclusive use during their stay, and it is regularly cleaned and maintained.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, weekly housekeeping is typically provided. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancelled or modified more than 7 days before arrival, 50% of the booking item amount is charged. If cancelled or modified less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the full booking item amount is charged. Payment of 100% of the booking item amount is charged.
What are the special house rules?
No events are allowed, outside guests are not allowed, and commercial photography and filming are subject to terms and conditions.
