The house has a single-floor interior with a living-dining room, fireplace, Smart TV and air conditioning. Three air-conditioned bedrooms provide one double bed and four single beds, and there are two full bathrooms with showers.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, towels and fans are available. Free Wi-Fi is provided.
Outside are a garden, terrace, barbecue, hammock and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Free exterior parking accommodates two cars. There is no swimming pool.
