Maximum occupancy is 12 guests and is strictly enforced. Guests must complete and return a registration form. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Ocean City's residential occupancy ordinance applies: two persons per bedroom plus two additional persons, subject to building occupancy and fire-protection limits; this does not increase the home's 12-guest maximum. Guests must comply with Ocean City's noise ordinances. Excessive noise is a violation of the rental agreement and may result in eviction under Maryland law. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay's rental terms, house rules and applicable cancellation policy.
Getting there
The ocean beach is blocks away and within walking reach, along with shops and restaurants. The home is in an R1-zoned residential area.
