Ocean City's residential occupancy ordinance applies: two persons per bedroom plus two additional persons, subject to building occupancy and fire-protection limits; this does not increase the home's 12-guest maximum. Guests must comply with Ocean City's noise ordinances. Excessive noise is a violation of the rental agreement and may result in eviction under Maryland law.
