House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 28 are not accepted. Dangerous animals are not accepted. Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00 daily; check-out is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement. Contact the agency one week before arrival to provide arrival time and arrange key collection. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorisation. Final cleaning costs €225 per booking; concierge service fees are 10% of the booking. Optional linen: kitchen towels €2 per booking; bath towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per booking; single-bed linen €14 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement. A 5.5% booking cancellation insurance is optional. Tourist tax is included in total price.
Getting there
Kermabec sandy beach is 1 km away. The home is described as facing the sea. Private parking accommodates up to 3 vehicles. Do not charge electric vehicles using household sockets; use a dedicated charging socket.
