## About the house

The townhouse sits above the oceanfront green of Hokuala's 15th hole, with views toward Ninini Point Lighthouse and the Hau'pu mountains. Its 4,565 square feet of indoor and outdoor living include rich wood and organic stone finishes, folding glass walls, a formal dining area, and expansive natural stone lanais. Outdoor facilities include a private plunge pool, outdoor showers, sun loungers, and a BBQ.

Two upstairs bedrooms each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Downstairs bedrooms have a queen bed and a king bed respectively, each with an ensuite bathroom. All four bedrooms have split air conditioning, ceiling fans, lanais, and ocean views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, ice maker, wine cooler, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, shampoo, a hair dryer, iron, safe, private entrance, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided. Entertainment includes television, satellite or cable TV, smart TV, toys, and a game room.

Resort access includes the Kaiholo and Maliula pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, Timbers Spa and Fitness Center, weekly activities, and the Ocean Course at Hokuala, a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course. Dining options include Hualani's Restaurant and Bar and Nalu's Restaurant at Maliula. Bicycles, on-property rental cars, Kauai Beach Boys activities, concierge services, spa treatments, a private carport, valet or self-parking, and roundtrip airport transfers are available. Daily housekeeping, pre-arrival grocery shopping, and daily buffet breakfast for a maximum of two guests per bedroom are available as part of the residence offering. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Lihue Airport is approximately a five-minute drive away. Nearby Kalapaki Beach offers surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, snorkeling, and beach activities. Other activities include guided hikes to a private waterfall, the Farm at Hokuala, cycling, fishing, watersports, shopping, and island excursions.
