The house

The living area has a sectional facing the ocean, a separate TV nook, board games and an indoor dining table seating ten. Sliding glass doors open onto a covered lanai with an eight-seat teak dining table and cushioned seating. The lawn leads directly toward the sand; an outdoor beach shower and integrated gear racks are available.

The kitchen has quartz counters, dual sinks, a six-burner gas range, wine cooler, drip and Nespresso coffee makers, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Whole-home carbon water filtration provides filtered drinking water throughout the house. A washer and dryer, smart TVs, Sonos audio, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards are available. Additional beach equipment rentals incur a charge.

The primary bedroom has a California king bed, ocean views, lanai access, blackout drapes and an ensuite with a jetted tub and separate double shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed, ocean views, lanai, blackout drapes and an ensuite; Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, ocean views, lanai and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 4 has a double bed and twin bed, garden views and an adjacent full bathroom. Central air conditioning serves every room.

A private heated pool and hot tub are available. Gated parking accommodates two vehicles, and a car is recommended. The Pillbox Trail is within walking reach; Island Snow, Kalapawai Market and Buzz’s Steakhouse can be reached by bicycle. Kailua Town is five minutes away by car. A minimum stay of 30 days applies, with a fixed monthly rate regardless of nights used.
