## About the house

Fully remodeled in 2021 with new furnishings and appliances, the cottage has an open-plan living area connected to an efficiency kitchen. Sliding doors open onto an expansive lanai for outdoor dining, lounging and barbecues. The kitchen includes a two-burner induction hotplate, microwave, multi-function toaster oven, mini refrigerator and freezer, essential cookware, coffee maker, blender and rice cooker. An outdoor gas grill provides another cooking option.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A split air-conditioning unit cools the cottage, and a washer and dryer are located just outside. Wi-Fi, television, satellite or cable TV, a stereo, linens, a hair dryer and a pack and play are provided.

The outdoor area includes tropical gardens, a private pool with a waterfall and an outdoor shower. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach mats and a cooler are available; beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge.

A separate main house on the property is occasionally used by the owner/family, who may be present during a stay. The cottage is ideal for two adults, with a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children.
