The house

The estate has 6,295 sq ft of interior living space, floor-to-ceiling glass and multiple lanais. Main-level living and dining areas open to the lanai and infinity pool, with an outdoor dining pavilion and BBQ area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an island, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, blender, wine fridge, crockpot and rice cooker.

Four bedrooms are upstairs, including the primary suite with an expansive lanai, ocean views and walk-in closet. Guest Bedroom 3 also serves as an office/study. Guest Bedroom 4 has a loft sleeping area with a desk and dresser and a maximum occupancy of three. The main-level Guest House Suite has a separate courtyard entrance, private sitting area, kitchenette, ocean views and lanai access.

The rooftop retreat includes a jacuzzi, fire pit and lounge seating with views toward the Mokulua Islets. Other facilities include a media room/home theater, smart TVs with satellite/cable, a speaker system, printer/scanner/fax, private office, gym, sauna, outdoor shower, washer and dryer. Central air conditioning serves the main home, while the Guest House Suite has split air conditioning; all five bedrooms have ceiling fans. Linens, essentials, a safe, hair dryer and extra pillows and blankets are provided. Safety features include smoke detection, a first-aid kit, outdoor lighting and security cameras.

The estate is in a private gated community with an exclusive shoreline access path to Lanikai Beach. Kailua Town is minutes away for cafés, shops and dining; nearby activities include kayaking toward the Mokulua Islands, snorkeling and hiking the Lanikai Pillbox Trail. HNL is the nearest major airport. The property is offered for exclusive-use monthly rentals with a minimum 30-day booking period.
