Built in 2017 and furnished by Lotus Home Staging, the home has an open-concept living and dining area with island-inspired décor. Oversized sliding glass doors connect the living room to the covered lanai. The living room has seating, ceiling fans and a large flat-screen television; the dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, ice machine, blender, rice cooker and utensils. A separate guest suite has a private entrance and kitchenette with a wine fridge, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher and wet bar.

The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 each have a king bed; Guest Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 each have a queen bed. All five bedrooms have split air conditioning, ceiling fans, lanai access and pool views. Central and split air conditioning serve the home throughout.

The private tropical courtyard has a swimming pool, sunbeds and a shaded lanai for outdoor dining. A garden, private yard, beach towels, chairs, mats, umbrella and boogie boards are available. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, garage and free parking, satellite or cable television, and security cameras.

Lanikai Beach is steps away with direct walking access. Kailua Beach Park is five minutes away and Kailua Town is eight minutes away. The Pillbox Hike on Kaiwa Ridge Trail is a short walk away. Makapu‘u Lighthouse Trail is 25 minutes by car, and Honolulu and Waikiki are approximately 30 minutes’ drive away.

The home is offered as a monthly rental with a 30-day minimum and a maximum of 10 guests.
